Domestic Assistant

Main Duties

Cleaning clinical and office areas, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and providing hospitality service to patients. Work primarily on the Ward at Sittingbourne Memorial Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Clean clinical and office areas to an excellent standard.
• Maintain cleanliness of Ward environment.
• Support patients with hospitality services.
• Follow basic Infection Control, Health & Safety and COSHH procedures.

Working Hours

15 hours on a rota basis with shift on every other weekend and weekend enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years cleaning experience.
• Can‑do attitude and flexibility.
• Basic knowledge of Infection Control, Health & Safety and COSHH.
• Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
