It takes all types of people to deliver the kind of service that saves and improves lives. At NHS Blood and Transplant, you’ll join a team of more than 6,000 people who are making a genuine difference to communities, families, friends, relatives and more across the UK.
The role involves working a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays but no night shifts. You will be working on a shift basis with normal hours for this role being 9 days per fortnight. Early shift times will usually be between 08:30‑09:00 and finish between 17:30‑18:00. Late shifts start between 11:15‑12:00 and finish between 20:30‑21:00. The days are usually 8 hours 20 minutes long.
