What You’ll Do

• Address customer requests or feedback promptly; if unable to resolve the issue, promptly notify a superior.
• Notify the dormitory administrator when tenants or residents provide feedback or file a complaint.
• Support in organizing visits for both visitors and auditors.
• Handle emergency cases during working hours.
• Submit a daily report prior to the end of the shift.
• Audit resident unit every month and prepare monthly audit report verified by Dormitory Admin.
• Distribute parcels, keys & resident badge ID, and set resident thumbprint at turnstile.
• Organize items for new resident registration, including move‑in and move‑out processes.
• Assist pest control supplier during service.
• Conduct audit of the first‑aid unit, generate the report, and deliver it to the customer.
