What You Will Be Working On Product & UX Execution
- Support the delivery of product initiatives by contributing to design work across multiple domains, identifying user needs, drive design problem‑solving to create intuitive, accessible, and effective digital solutions
- Contribute to the development and adoption of design standards and frameworks, and assist in tracking design metrics that demonstrate design impact
- Work with product teams and business owners to advocate for good user experience through intuitive interactions and user‑centred design solutions
- Develop and deepen your understanding of strategic product thinking under the guidance of senior designer and product lead
- Apply design thinking processes to engage stakeholders, develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs to conceptualise and test digital solutions across the product development lifecycle
