Draftsperson

Responsibilities:
Prepare outline and detailed drawings to the appropriate scale as required by relevant authorities or customer specifications. Create preliminary drawings based on sales quotation requirements. Draft single-line diagrams, termination, and arrangement drawings according to the scope of supply (JOP). Prepare necessary documentation for submission of vendor documentation to the customer and class authorities for review. Provide engineering calculations as required. Monitor the progress of engineering activities to ensure timely completion of engineering documentation. Guide and mentor junior drafters to ensure all drafting work is completed and delivered on time. Engage with customers to address engineering issues when necessary. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the section manager and supervisor. Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements.
