- Empower and support the community structure and its designated leaders
- Align operations with company policies, programs, and performance targets
- Act as the primary liaison between management and the community to ensure operational synergy
- Disseminate official updates and directives with clarity and consistency
- Performance Monitoring & Coaching
- Analyze community performance metrics (e.g., activity rates, cancellations, ratings, and KPI compliance)
- Acknowledge top performers and provide targeted coaching for those requiring improvement
- Drive training and development initiatives to elevate overall community standards
- Community Support & Case Handling
- Resolve community concerns with speed, empathy, and professionalism
- Streamline assistance requests by coordinating effectively with relevant departments
