Driller, Jumbo

About Your New Role

Reporting to the Supervisor, Mine Operations, the Driller, Jumbo will be responsible for operating various underground mining equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The role focuses on maintaining production targets and operating 1 and 2 boom Jumbo trucks, preparing faces and loading rounds, reading mine prints, and following geological ground control.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold or obtain a valid Saskatchewan blasting ticket.
• Operate 1 and 2 boom Jumbo trucks.
• Prep faces and load rounds.
• Read mine prints and follow geological ground control.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the department.

Knowledge and Skills

Work both independently and within a team in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
