Position Summary:

Provide transportation for clients to program services, medical appointments, meetings, recreational activities. Relocation of the mobile services units (campers) to community outreach and maintenance. Provides support to program services, responsible for vehicle maintenance and related paperwork.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide transportation for clients to attend outpatient scheduling as scheduled.
