Responsibilities
- Deliver office supplies on an assigned route to Staples customer accounts, meeting internal schedule and quality standards.
- Provide outstanding delivery service, accept product returns as required, and obtain customer signatures.
- Prepare for deliveries by gathering appropriate paperwork and performing pre‑trip vehicle inspections; report any maintenance problems to supervisor.
- Address and resolve customer feedback and inform supervisor of outstanding issues.
- Engage in safe work practices and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
