Duties and responsibilities
+ Lead the efforts in attracting candidates through marketing research and ideas and by maintaining and expanding social media presence for KTC companies to attract driver candidates.
+ Responsible for creating and posting advertisements on niche sites, screening, telephone interviewing and qualifying applicants for driver positions.
