Driver Recruiter Wanted: CDL Driver Staffing Company, Entry Level

Montu Driving Solutions has an Entry Level position to learn the Staffing and Transportation businesses.

Primary Responsibilities:

Recruitment of Commercial Drivers ( CDL Certified ), as well as transportation support personnel such as forklift and general labor.

Serving as a reliable conduit between clients and drivers, carefully navigating needs and availability.

Screening prospective drivers' backgrounds, which will include checking Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR), ClearingHouse information regarding drug and alcohol history as well as e-verify to check residency status.

Monitoring and assessing the performance and reliability of our drivers.

Perferred Skills/Qualifications

Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal skills.

Proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.

Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulations and compliance would be an advantage.
