Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the complete recruitment cycle for truck drivers
• Attend and represent C.A.T. at various hiring events
• Screen applicants and conduct thorough interviews
• Document progress and statuses in TruckRight ATS
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for drivers
