SUMMARY:
The Transportation Driver will be responsible for performing all duties related to scheduling, communicating, and transporting the center’s residents in the center under the direction of the Administrator. In addition to facilitating the center operations and care to our patients/residents requiring long term and/or rehabilitation care, the Transportation Driver will also, support the
company’s mission, vision, core values, and provide excellent customer service to associates, residents, visitors, and guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transport residents to and from appointments.
Schedule appointments for residents.
Monitor appointment book daily.
Manage the appointment schedule (i.e. if several appointments are on one day, try to re‐schedule and space them out, get with Unit Managers prior); if other methods of transportation are needed (i.e. Medivan, AMR, or Medicaid transport...
