Driver Success Lead | Zifty | Full-Time | In-Office
You'll be the primary point of contact for driver support, working closely with Operations to maintain reliability, accountability, and engagement across the platform.
What You'll Do
+ Manage driver onboarding, orientation, and activation
+ Handle escalations, pay disputes, and support issues professionally and promptly
+ Monitor performance metrics, reliability trends, and zone coverage gaps
+ Communicate operational updates, safety alerts, and company initiatives to drivers
+ Build engagement initiatives that strengthen driver morale and recognition
+ Maintain SOPs, training materials, and driver-facing resources
+ Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
