Opportunity Description
Steer Staffing are currently recruiting for Drivers Mates, to join a distribution and delivery company based in Cardiff. You will be supporting the drivers with delivering customers orders to their houses and office sites, route plans are put together for your daily. The shifts are 5 days on and 3 days off, the days will be on a rota basis. A DBS check will be required for this role. The duties of the Drivers Mate includes: Lifting heavy items and completing a multi-drop driving role Ensuring the right products get to the right places at the right time Making every customer encounter memorable. Yes, you will need to love supporting the driver and being on the road, but you will need to love helping customers too.
