Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete lifecycle management of dry etching equipment, including technical assessment, selection, installation, phase-in, integration, tuning, and maintenance Build and manage a team focused on dry etching equipment, enhancing team structure and fostering growth in technological competitiveness Provide strategic insights and planning for manufacturing equipment, staying aligned with industry trends and preparing for key technological advancements Manage equipment upgrades, modifications, and alternative sourcing to improve overall efficiency, stability, and throughput, while addressing significant technological challenges
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field within the semiconductor industry More than 12 years of experience...
