Dual Rate PIT Manager-GCT

Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Shift Manager, Table Games, this position is responsible for the overall management and profitability of table games on a shift basis while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Develops performance objectives and delivers performance evaluations for direct reports, implements all new table games initiatives as directed; actively participates in the recruitment and hiring process . Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
