Dubai IT Support Engineer (L1) – Helpdesk & Office 365

Astra Tech is looking for a proactive L1 IT Support Engineer in Dubai to serve as the first point of contact for technical issues and service requests. This role involves troubleshooting, logging incidents, and ensuring compliance with IT policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong ITSM knowledge, familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, and excellent customer service skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred.
