Shaerp Next is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a prestigious private residential project in Dubai. This senior leadership role requires over 15 years of experience in managing complex, high-value projects from design coordination to final handover.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in residential construction, excellent client management skills, and a deep understanding of the UAE market. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and PMP certification are strongly preferred.
