Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Duck Creek Policy 7.x .
- Configure and customize solutions using Duck Creek Express (2.0 / 3.0) .
- Work extensively with Duck Creek Author/Design for product configuration and enhancements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production defects , ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Utilize Trace Monitor and debugging tools for issue identification and performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Duck Creek and external systems.
