Job Responsibilities Prepare and make handmade dumplings daily Prepare fillings, dough, and ingredients according to recipes Ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and to expected standards Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen Support kitchen operations and teamwork during service hours Requirements At least 3 years' experience in dumpling making Experience in Chinese cuisine including all varieties of noodles and rice preferred Able to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team spirit Responsible, hardworking, and punctual Basic food hygiene knowledge
