Durability Test Engineer

The Durability Test Engineer – RTS is responsible for planning, setting up, executing, and analyzing durability tests using MTS real-time hydraulically actuated simulators and various data acquisition systems. The engineer will coordinate test specimen builds, configure instrumentation, tune simulator performance, conduct data acquisition, process test data, monitor durability testing activities, and communicate results to Product Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Support and execute durability testing activities.

Assist with test setup, monitoring, and reporting.

Drive and manage testing file development and documentation.

Participate in engineering meetings and collaborate with testing teams.

Analyze and organize test-related data and results.

Support ongoing durability and validation projects.

Must-Have Qualifications

Understanding of damage severity analysis and stress-life/load-life calculations
