What You Will Do
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English
Provide technical and customer support for product or service-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently

Accurately log and update customer interactions in internal systems
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
