Tasks
Customer service to both active and potential customers
Handle incomeing calls, chats and emails related to:
Payments
Invoices and reminders
Plan or contract changes
Complains
Retention, etc.
Requirements
- Secondary school or higher education level required
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service roles within contact center environment for at least 6 months
- Good computer skills
- Ability to communicate professionally, enthusiastically
