Opportunity Description
We're recruiting Dutch-speaking customer service professionals for international brands operating from Lisbon — across e-commerce, fintech, health tech and consumer goods. Multiple positions open, various start dates.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound contacts from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat
- Resolve queries on orders, accounts, billing, deliveries and product information
- Log interactions in CRM and follow escalation procedures when needed
- Consistently meet quality and customer satisfaction targets
What we're looking for
- Fluent in Dutch — C1/C2 level
- English at B2 or above for training and internal communication
- Clear, patient communicator — written and verbal
