Duty Manager Secure Childrens Residential Services Location: Bishopbriggs, East Dunbartonshire Contract: Permanent (37.5 hours per week) Salary: £43,736 - £48,691 (depending on experience and qualifications) Overview We are recruiting for an experienced Duty Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a secure residential care service for children and young people. This role carries full operational oversight while on shift, so experience in residential or secure care is essential. You will ensure a safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment, supporting both young people and staff.
