Demonstrated understanding of Rooms and Front Desk operations within a hotel or resort environmentExperience using OPMS and related hotel front office systems to manage guest services and operationsEducational background related to hotel management is preferredExperience in managing emergency response and crisis management situationsCertification in CERT and First Aid is an added advantage
