About the Role

As a member of the Duty Nurse Manager team, you will play a key role in coordinating the Waikato Hospital campus, while also supporting Thames Hospital and our rural sites. You will ensure the safe, effective, and efficient use of resources to support patient care and hospital flow, especially when things get busy and problem‑solving skills are called into play.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across Waikato Hospital campus.
• Support Thames Hospital and rural sites.
• Ensure safe, effective, and efficient use of resources to support patient care and hospital flow during busy periods.
• Problem‑solve and support services when demand outpaces available resources.
