Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables As a Deputy Manager - Maintenance (Utilities) within the Utility Maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of all mechanical utility systems across our manufacturing facilities. You will take charge of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical power presses, EOT cranes, and associated hydraulic and pneumatic systems, applying extensive knowledge of maintenance best practices including PM uptime, MTTR, and MTBF metrics.Your key deliverables will include monitoring and maintaining the parallelism and perpendicularity of presses to ensure precision in operations, implementing and overseeing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillar activities, and planning, controlling, and monitoring spare parts inventory to minimise downtime.
