Opportunity Description
Drive HR excellence at Redstone Food Group as a proactive Human Resources Manager. This role requires strong skills in recruitment, compliance, and employee relations for a multi-site environment.
In this position, you will oversee HR support for approximately 150 employees across four plants. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle recruitment, fostering employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
