Location: Hybrid with flexible base location London: £50,850 to £69,918 per annum National: £46,886 to £64,468 per annum.

Job Overview

As our Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant, you’ll develop and support our Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing systems (including Customer Insight Journeys) and customers aligned to our Latimer development business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure support tickets are logged, triaged, and resolved quickly, keeping customers informed of progress and maintaining systems in line with supplier releases.
• Engage regularly with customers, publicise new features in each release, and manage change safely following the change & release process.
• Support and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing solutions, translating business problems into appropriate technical solutions, and help design and implement new solutions.<...
