Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with our customers to troubleshoot and improve our existing Finance & Operations system.
Engage with customers regularly and publicise new features introduced in each release, while ensuring change is managed safely by following our change & release process.
Help design and implement new solutions under guidance from technical leads and solution architects.
Monitor day‑to‑day operations of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations estate, and identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer support calls, acting as the 3rd line of support.
Determine the impact and priority for incidents reported.
