Role - Dynatrace Administrator (8 to 12 Years)
Contractual role - 6 Months
Np- 0 to 30 Days / Immediate Joiners Preferred
Location - Mumbai / Hyderabad
Lead Dynatrace administration and observability operations. Provide L3 support, manage critical incidents, and align monitoring insights with business priorities. Act as technical lead for L1/L2 teams and ensure platform stability and performance visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor L1/L2 teams for Dynatrace operations and escalations.
Manage Dynatrace Managed cluster administration and best practices.
Provide L3 support for APM issues – incident analysis and root cause resolution.
Configure dashboards, alerting, tagging, synthetic monitors, and business transactions.
Manage Active Gates , custom plugins, and synthetic monitoring.
Onboard One Agents for Open Shift & Kubernetes workloads; set up RUM.
Handle SSL renewals, port checks, firewall connectivity, and log analysis.
