Role - Dynatrace Administrator (8 to 12 Years)

Location - Mumbai / Hyderabad
Lead Dynatrace administration and observability operations. Provide L3 support, manage critical incidents, and align monitoring insights with business priorities. Act as technical lead for L1/L2 teams and ensure platform stability and performance visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor L1/L2 teams for Dynatrace operations and escalations.
- Manage Dynatrace Managed cluster administration and best practices.
- Provide L3 support for APM issues – incident analysis and root cause resolution.
