Dynatrace Consultant (remote)

Job Title: Dynatrace Consultant

Responsibilities

+ Expand existing Dynatrace Gen3 deployment to incorporate use cases, such as Teams Observabilty integration, Job Service observability, Self-Service Observability Onboarding Portal, Agentic Workflows Deployment (Dynatrace Intelligence), and NetFlow Observability Integration.

+ Act as a Dynatrace subject matter expert, combining product expertise with practical consulting experience

+ Partner with customers to understand business and technical objectives and translate them into effective Dynatrace implementations

+ Deploy, configure, administer, and maintain Dynatrace environments, including OneAgent, ActiveGates, extensions, and integrations

+ Support customer adoption of Dynatrace Gen3 AI capabilities, including AI-driven insights, causation analysis, and automation use cases
