About the Role
Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Implementer – E Care to support the successful rollout and adoption of our digital care systems across our homes, hospitals and support functions. This is a national role focused on helping colleagues embrace new technologies, processes and ways of working. You will play a key part in ensuring our digital transformation programmes deliver meaningful improvements to care delivery, operational efficiency and colleague experience.
Working closely with project teams, operational stakeholders, Learning & Development colleagues and system users, you will provide hands-on support, coaching and guidance to ensure successful implementation and long-term adoption of new systems.
