Opportunity Description
Summary:
Reporting to the Head of E-Channels Monitoring and Support Unit, the E-CHANNEL OPERATIONS OFFICER assists the Unit Head in the management and supervision of the work activities of the Unit to ensure timely and appropriate resolution of branches/customers queries/complaints and other technical issues arising from the day-to-day operations of the E-Channels network.
Job Responsibility:
1. Assist the Unit Head in preparation of the unit's objectives, targets and action plans, and on the regular monitoring of its realization.
2. Assist the Unit Head in leading and motivating staff to drive improvements in team and individual performance, optimize systems and practices to deliver excellence in service delivery.
3. Assist the Unit Head in reviewing operating processes and procedures and other requirements of the Unit.
