About Step Labs Step Labs is a conversion rate optimization (CRO), design, and development agency for high-growth DTC brands. We partner with 7-to-9-figure e-commerce companies — concentrated in health, supplements, and consumer goods — to turn their stores into compounding growth engines. We work in tight, senior pods of strategists, designers, and developers, distributed across LATAM and beyond. As an Account Strategist, you'll own growth and conversion strategy for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands. You'll sit at the intersection of paid media, CRO, and account management — shaping the plan, partnering with our project managers to ship it, and translating performance data into clear next moves.
