1)Assist in managing product listings on Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other online platforms 2)Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and stock details 3)Monitor online orders and ensure product information is accurate 4)Support online campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and bundle deals 5)Reply to customer enquiries and provide basic support 6)Coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams for order fulfilment 7)Track deliveries ...
