Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Catalog Management:

• Create, update, and optimize product listings on the ecommerce platform
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels
• Manage product categories and optimize product visibility for better sales performance

Order Processing

• Monitor and manage online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment
• Resolve customer order issues, returns, and exchanges in a professional and efficient manner
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for seamless order fulfillment

Sales & Performance Monitoring
