Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage e-commerce systems and workflows
Handle daily operations of the website and online marketplaces
Manage product listings, pricing, stock, and promotions
Process online orders and coordinate fulfillment with stores and inventory
Handle prescription-based orders accurately
Respond to online customer enquiries and manage order issues
Execute approved online promotions and campaigns
Prepare basic sales and operational reports
