We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations & Fulfillment Specialist to manage our online store's daily operations. On-site Zamzama Karachi. You will handle everything that happens after a customer clicks buy. Your main goals are to process orders accurately, ensure fast shipping, and provide excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and loves solving problems for customers. Key Responsibilities - Order Management & Fulfillment Process Orders: Monitor the website daily to download, verify, and process incoming customer orders. Pack & Ship: Pick, pack, and label products accurately for daily dispatch. Coordinate Shipping: Work with couriers and shipping partners to ensure timely package pickups and deliveries.
