- Manage day-to-day operations of online stores and marketplaces
- Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory are accurate and up to date
- Monitor website performance, functionality, and user experience
- Plan and execute product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Optimize product assortment, categorization, and site navigation
- Create and maintain product content (descriptions, images, specifications)
- Track and analyze key metrics such as sales, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, and retention
- Prepare reports and recommend improvements to drive performance
- Execute digital marketing efforts including email, SEO, paid ads, social media, and influencer campaigns
- Ensure promotions are accurately implemented across all online channels
