E-commerce Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketplace Operations professional to manage day-to-day operations across our marketplace and quick commerce channels. This role is critical in ensuring smooth order execution, inventory availability, catalog accuracy, and overall platform hygiene across partner platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across multiple teams including warehouse, customer support, finance, and marketplace account managers.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations:

• Manage daily operations across marketplace and quick commerce platforms to ensure seamless order flow and fulfillment
• Monitor incoming orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and dispatch
• Track operational issues and work towards timely resolution to maintain platform performance
