Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize company’s e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.)
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to increase sales and traffic
- Monitor product listings, pricing, stock levels, and promotions
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive business growth
- Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams for smooth operations
- Identify trends, opportunities, and strategies to improve customer engagement
- Ensure high-quality content and visuals for online product listings
- Assist in order fulfillment when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, social media, and digital tools
