E-commerce Stock Management Lead

We're looking for a hands-on Inventory Executive to own the full inventory lifecycle at Muun Home — from inward stock to last-mile dispatch. You'll be the single source of truth for stock accuracy across our D2C and marketplace channels, working closely with the warehouse team and the Head of Operations to keep things running smoothly and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Stock & Inventory Management

– Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records across all SKUs and storage locations

– Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile with system records

– Track inward shipments, returns, and damaged/rejected goods with full documentation

– Flag low-stock situations and coordinate reorder requests with the ops team
