E& I Technician

Responsible for the electrical & instrumentation equipment (control valve, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, flowmeter, level sensor, level switch, PH meter, PLC and etc.).

To ensure all equipment are running in good conditions.

Carry out periodic calibration on all E&I equipment in a timely manner.

Attend E&I equipment breakdowns, identify faults, and solve problems with minimal downtime to production.

Liaise with contractor/supplier on project activities.

To ensure compliance and enforcement of quality standard and departmental SOP.

To ensure compliance and enforcement of SSHE regulation.

To actively participate in weekly, monthly trainings.

Perform any other duties or undertake additional roles from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by the management.

Assists in other duties as deemed necessary as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
