You will be supported to grow professionally as you help pupils with autism and complex cognition needs make meaningful progress in a caring, high-expectations environment rooted in inclusivity, support and respect.

Delivering tailored lessons that reflect pupils’ EHCP aspirations.
Working with experienced colleagues to plan and evaluate teaching.
