TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of secondary schools across Derby that are looking to appoint motivated and ambitious ECT Teachers for September starts. These schools are committed to supporting new teachers, offering strong mentorship, professional development opportunities, and welcoming teaching environments.

We are currently recruiting ECT Teachers for long-term positions across a range of subject areas. The successful ECT Teacher will have the opportunity to develop their teaching practice, build confidence in the classroom, and contribute to the academic and personal development of students across KS3 and KS4.

The successful ECT Teacher will have:

• QTS or be due to achieve QTS by July
• Recent teaching placement experience within a secondary school setting
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
