Early Childhood Education Supervisor

**Job Description:**

The Early Childhood Education (ECE) Supervisor is the onsite leader responsible for leading a team of early childhood professionals and maintaining the day-to-day program oversite of Mount Saint Vincent’s early childhood programming. The ECE Supervisor is tasked with promoting developmental growth through a strong intentional play-based community by providing leadership to the teachers, maintaining program operating procedures, and ensuring program growth and financial sustainability. The ECE Supervisor is the first line of representation in welcoming families and children, to ensure outstanding care and quality service.

**Shift Details:** **Full-time (40 hrs/wk).** **Day Shift** **(** **Monday - Friday)** **-** **Shift can vary based on program needs but program is open 7:30am-5:30pm. We occasionally have school events that may go over 5:30pm.**
